Alpenrose Boutique by Globalimmoservice

The apartment itself was pretty ordinary, and the location wasn't as advertised. The owner says it's right beside the ski lift, but it's actually about a 10 minute walk, which is very inconvenient and practically unrealistic in ski boots. Check in is restricted to 16:00-18:00, and arriving outside that window costs another €30, a rigid and unfriendly policy. Our experience with GlobalImmoService and the ALPEN ROSE BOUTIQUE apartment was very disappointing. A booking happened by accident because of an interface issue in the Revolut app, and we tried to cancel immediately. The company still demanded a €200 cancellation penalty, which seemed completely disproportionate, so we ended up keeping the booking and staying. Check in instructions came very late despite them knowing we were arriving that day. Bed linen for all guests didn't arrive until the next day, so two people had to sleep in their clothes on the first night. The poor customer care, inflexible policies, and misleading location claims left me unable to recommend it to anyone expecting professional service and accurate information.
