The owner couldn't resolve any of the problems and just kept saying everything was fine, only in German. The parking situation was terrible, and the Wi-Fi worked for just 2 days out of the whole week. There was nowhere to put our skis and ski boots, so we had to store 6 pairs beside the shower. There was one hook for 6 towels, and the kitchen furniture was made from OSB. The apartment was much too hot during the first few days, making it hard to sleep. The heaters had no adjustment, and the vent was either on or off.

The apartment we had booked and paid for had been rented to someone else. They offered us another apartment in the basement, but wanted an extra payment for it. It smelled bad, and the owner was unpleasant and seemed focused only on money. The parking spot was horrible. Never again.

The hosts made us feel very welcome and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The apartment was spotless and had every amenity we could want. Its location was also a real highlight, right in the city center but still quiet and peaceful. Apartment della Schiava has a charming, cozy feel, with tasteful decor and so much care in the details. I was delighted from the moment I walked in and felt at home straight away. I highly recommend it and am already looking forward to staying again.
