The room was cold, and the bedding smelled of cigarette smoke. There was cigarette odor everywhere, the bed was badly creaky, and the wood was even softer than the extra bed. The room furnishings didn't meet any expectations. Staff were completely unfriendly, and the manager wouldn't sign my complaint about the accommodation and services. Dinner took nearly an hour, so getting it sooner was a surprise. The cook seemed to have too much imagination and made very bad food combinations. The swimming pool is old and needs renovation. Apart from the squash court, there were no sports activities. Save yourself the trouble and choose another hotel, perhaps in a different location.
