This was a really bad experience. We booked an apartment for 6 people, got confirmation, and paid the full amount. They then received another booking for the same day and gave preference to the other guests. Their proposed fix was a 4 person apartment for the same price. That felt like an insult, not service. We booked through AirBnB, with Travento as the middle "man", and now they're all blaming each other.

The forest view and fantastic location were lovely. The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and fully equipped, and the service was courteous and attentive. The Carinthia Card was included in the cost of the residence.
