Pension Gertraud is decorated throughout in an old Austrian style, with lots of details. The owner is a great person, always willing to help and someone you can rely on. It’s very close to the ski arena, and you can ski right back to the pension. We spent seven lovely days here. There are separate rooms for skis and for ski boots, with heating in the boot room. Breakfast was nice, with fresh fruit, eggs, and the usual dishes laid out attractively in the dining room. A great place for a holiday!

The hosts were so kind, and breakfast was very good. Rooms were large and clean, with comfortable beds, and parking was free. The location is ideal, about five minutes from both the cable car and the thermal bath. I recommend this accommodation!

The people were wonderful, the location was amazing, and breakfast was delicious. Each morning they brought me vegan cheese and ham with hummus. There was also soya milk, lots of cereal choices, and fresh fruit. I liked the key setup too: you can leave your room key in a special safe while you’re out on your trips.

My few days at this pension weren’t a nice experience. The hosts were arrogant, and especially rude to dark-skinned Italians. They came into the room without knocking after handing the keys over to guests. The car park was icy and dangerous, though the area for the host’s car had been cleared. The ski room was a dump. They don’t speak English or Italian well either. No comment.
