Mountain Lodge – Klippitztörl

The location and house really impressed me, and I’d book it again. I just hope more buildings don’t go up on the slope below. So many have appeared already, and the place could lose its small, charming feel. A few things kept it from being a “Very Good” stay. The access road is steep and unpaved, and the owners should deal with that. There aren’t enough cupboards or hooks for storage, the kitchen has no corkscrew, and everything sticks to the pans, making them practically unusable. Only two towels and two rolls of toilet paper were provided to start with, which felt meager. There’s no outdoor lighting on the stairs either.
