A lovely, simple farmhouse with great rooms and modern shower rooms. Breakfast was good, and the host couple were especially friendly.

The cable car up to the Kitzbühel Alpine panorama is right behind the house, and all the sights are easy to reach. Each sunrise was different and beautiful. We stayed there in September 🧳, and it was simply fantastic! There are just a few rooms, beautifully furnished with nothing missing. Breakfast was delicious 🥚☕️🥖🍞🥛🫖, with sausage and cheese 🧀 that were almost entirely homemade. It was absolutely enough, and they were happy to accommodate requests 😊. The owners are so lovely, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into everything. There's parking right in front of the house 🅿️. We've already booked for next year and will definitely keep vacationing there for years to come.

The view and location at Seetalhof are fantastic. It's clean and comfortable, and the whole family-run place is friendly and helpful. Simply wonderful. We'd love to come back.

Our group of nine stayed with the Astl family in mid-February, and the farm was wonderfully peaceful. The breakfast and accommodation were both top-notch. Thanks for making us feel so welcome, we'll definitely return.

The cows in the barn were lovely to visit, and I felt so at ease there. Such a friendly place. I'll come back.
