We visited in June and loved the view from the accommodation. The apartments have been fully renovated, are spacious and very clean, and there’s plenty to do nearby. We enjoyed the charming villages, gondola rides up the mountain, paragliding, and all the beautiful hikes. The Krimmler waterfall is impressive and well worth seeing. It’s a great place to visit in summer if you want to explore lovely spots, go hiking, and enjoy nature.

With three sons aged 19, 17 and 16, we had a wonderful family ski holiday at Eckhausl in Bramberg. Our renovated apartment was spacious, tidy, and clean, with good wifi and everything we needed. We recommend it to everyone. We went during the first week of the Christmas holidays. The snow was good, and there were no waits at the lifts, so we could ski straight on. The boys also tried the 14km illuminated toboggan run in the evening. It was a beautiful descent and a great experience.

We’ve been to Eckhäusl in both summer and winter and had a great time each visit. We travelled with our three boys, aged 19, 17, and 15, and the apartment was very nice, with excellent Wi-Fi. In summer, we enjoyed walks, especially the Emerald Trail, and took the gondola up to Bramberg. We hiked down while the boys went on a mountain kart. We also rented mountain bikes, and the area is lovely for cycling. Krimmler Waterfalls are close by and beautiful. In winter, it was just 5 minutes to the gondola parking lot. We took the first lift up and enjoyed the lovely slopes. The illuminated toboggan run is another great idea, especially with kids. Our boys thought it was fantastic. We’ll definitely return to Eckhäusl in Weyer.

The new owners have completely redone Ecklhausl, which used to be a somewhat neglected hotel, restaurant, and café. The top two floors are now apartments, tastefully furnished and fitted with modern amenities. Everything has been renovated, and the facilities make it a great holiday spot in either summer or winter. Its location puts everything close by. Bramberg still has its authentic feel, the ski area works well for families, and summer is ideal for hikers and mountain bikers. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Ecklhausl to families and groups of all sizes. We’ll be back.

We’ve had wonderful holidays here more than once, in summer and winter, and we’ll come back often. The lovely owners have put their ❤️ and soul into this beautiful project, and we hope to see them again. It’s a beautiful place in lovely surroundings, with a nice evening walk into the town center to unwind. Highly recommended! 😊
