Meals were a real highlight for us: fragrant, well balanced, and served incredibly quickly. There was a good range of desserts, plus lovely cookies and other little extras. The elegant rooms were spotless and had a charming feel, while the clean spa and pleasant pool made for a relaxing stay. The hotel is a little away from the nightlife and café scene, which suited us for a peaceful break. It’s also well placed for visiting nearby attractions. We left very happy and would recommend it to adults and families with children looking for good food and a restful stay.

The balcony view was amazing, and the pool area was clean and pleasant. Everyone on staff was super friendly and did their best to meet all our wishes. We stayed for three nights. The room was beautiful, big, and very clean, and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast had fresh fruit, cheese, and plenty more, and dinner was yummy too. All in all, a really nice stay for the money.

We only stayed two nights and really wished we could have made it longer. This was our favorite hotel during two weeks of travelling around Europe with our family of five this summer, and we’re hoping to return for a ski trip. The family who runs it speaks English fluently and treated us with such care. We felt incredibly comfortable. Our room was modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable; breakfast was extensive, and the personal help made a difference. Add the fabulous pool, delicious dinners, and beautiful surroundings, and it made for a relaxing, memorable visit to Austria.

Because of how the woman with glasses treated us, all twelve of us left the restaurant. She showed no respect or professionalism when we arrived. She didn’t greet us or clearly explain the lunch options, and spoke to us in an irritating way. It seemed we were expected to know the menu and opening hours before coming in. Asking about them made her angry. We were eventually allowed to order something, but it felt like she was doing us a favor and that was all. I hope she doesn’t have to deal with customers often, because her unpleasant, disrespectful behavior drove twelve people away.
