In January 2025, four of us stayed two nights in Brandnerhus, in ground-floor three-room apartment No. 11. It cost €820 for the four of us. The location opposite the Palüdbahn cable car is perfect, and you can't hear the umbrella bar from inside. Check-in and check-out were contactless and impersonal, with door codes and guest cards sent by email, but it all worked flawlessly. Wi-Fi was excellent too. The apartment is very well designed and equipped, with two double bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a living and dining area. It was attractive, very clean, and well appointed, down to details like large walk-in showers and thin-glass wine glasses. There's also a generous terrace. The small, elegant wellness area has an 85°C Finnish sauna, a 65°C "bio" sauna, an infrared cabin, a steam room, and loungers with a view. The host's photos accurately show the accommodation. Brandnertal is a small ski area with beautiful scenery and well-maintained, easy slopes. The ski pass was €65 per person per day.

Beautifully designed apartments, with an excellent location and amenities for winter sports, including a private ventilated ski locker. The wellness area is small and cozy.

We stayed in the apartment with a garden and highly recommend it. It's very well furnished, with two bathrooms, and the spa area has three excellent saunas. All the kitchen utensils are there if you want to cook, along with a Senseo coffee machine with pods and a dishwasher. Customer service was helpful even on weekends. No one's on site, but they're easy to reach by email and phone. A couple of small improvements: the smart TV could be mounted a little lower, and the Wi-Fi could be stronger and more stable.

There’s lots of room in this modern, clean apartment, and the ski area is close by.

The ski room was a great touch, with a private locker for our gear and space to dry it. We were also right by the Palüd lift, so it was just a short walk across the road to the gondola, and just as easy getting back at the end of the day. Inside, the accommodation was modern, clean, and well cared for, with everything we needed for several days of self-catering. We were comfortable throughout. The wellness area was a lovely surprise, with two saunas, an infrared sauna, a steam room, drinks, and reading material. They handled our request for an extra duvet quickly and kindly, and even gave us a bottle of wine. We’d happily stay at Brandnerhus again if we make it back to Brand. Thanks for everything, and greetings from the Palatinate.
