Chalet GM -gartenwohnung

We spent a week in this beautiful Alpine chalet and won’t forget it. It’s a remarkably spacious 520 m² home over four floors, with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an in-house elevator. The garden is private and screened from view, while the house itself is quiet but still centrally located. Brand’s center and the village gondola are about a five-minute walk away, and Brandnerhof is right below the villa. The owners have put real care into the place. The interior is thoughtfully designed, and the kitchen has all the equipment you’d expect from a modern kitchen. They let us use everything, including appliances and spices, which felt unusually generous. You can tell they’ve put their heart and soul into it. We especially loved the covered terrace in the evenings. It’s sheltered from the weather and can be heated when it gets cool, and it has a heated pool and hot tub with a fantastic view over Brand. We’d also like to thank AAA Apartments for the professional, friendly, attentive service during our stay.

The view towards Switzerland was breathtaking every day, and opening the bedroom window in the morning to hear the brook was lovely. The chalet is beautifully furnished and has room for up to 10 people, with every detail carefully considered and quality materials throughout. It’s an architectural treat in its shapes, colors, and materials. We made good use of the heated stainless steel pool, even in May, and spent lovely evenings around the outdoor kitchen, Weber grill, and heated seating area. The linen and cotton bedding was so cozy that getting up was a struggle. There’s also a helicopter tour available on site. The pilot flew over the chalet, so we got a great view of the house from above. Such an amazing experience. Thank you to the owners for having us as the first guests after the Corona pandemic. We had a relaxing and wonderful week.

Handy that electricity is included, so I could quickly charge my Tesla to 100%. There’s also a decorative rack by the fireplace that works well for drying underwear.

We were unlucky with the weather, which was a shame, since the house is so gorgeous. The caretaker was super nice, and we were completely satisfied. Every wish was taken care of. Highly recommended. Best, Anita and Jürgen Köth.
