The rooms are comfortable and clean, and all the staff are really friendly. If you stay, ask for a room at the back for great mountain views.

The rooms were pleasant and the hotel was nice, but the bar and restaurant were badly understaffed. We waited at the bar for 15 minutes for a beer, then asked for a table and were told to wait again. To make matters worse, there was a small insect crawling on the lettuce in my salad. I tried to tell the staff, but they seemed too stressed to care.

The restaurant food was good, and the hotel and room were very clean. You can tell the staff take maintaining the place seriously. They’d also put a baby bed in our room on their own, which was a nice touch. It has a lovely Austrian atmosphere, and I’d like to come back on another trip through Austria.

We had a great time here. It’s a beautiful traditional place, with fantastic views from the balcony, and the staff were super friendly. The food was delicious, too. Dogs are welcome, and there’s a garden where you can walk yours.

A lovely, clean place for a family holiday, with nearby activities and beautiful mountain views from the room or terrace. The food was nice and the staff were very attentive. They allow dogs to stay and also welcome them in the dining area.
