We had one of the smaller apartments, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The host was lovely and helpful, and arranging things was easy, including over WhatsApp. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hostess spoke beautiful English, so communicating was easy. Our room was clean and spacious in a beautiful apartment building. It's well placed for skiing, hiking, or sightseeing, with Kitzbuhel and the airport nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment itself was good overall, with comfortable beds and furniture and enough room, and the location worked well. But the arrival was unpleasant: the host was unfriendly, the keys had to be picked up far away, and there was little willingness to help. We got only one key for the whole apartment, and requests for more were ignored. There were also problems inside: the ventilation and windows didn't work, there was moisture, and a light was broken. We weren't given the paperwork for the unclear "guest cards," and the required garbage containers were overflowing.

For a winter sports stay, the location is a real plus. The ski bus stops outside twice daily, morning and afternoon, and otherwise the stop is a two-minute walk. The village is around 15-20 minutes away on foot. Our clean, attractive apartment had a big balcony and was set up for 2/4 people. With a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, there was just enough space for two adults and our children aged 8 and 12. The basement has a ski boot room with heated drying rack, plus a separate ski storage room outside beside the front door.
