We had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable, clean apartment. The hostess was friendly, helped when we needed it, and made sure we were comfortable. There was some confusion about the washing machine: the apartment description said it could be used, but after our stay we were surprised to learn it cost €15 per wash and had to be paid in cash. It wasn’t a problem, though it would be more convenient to know the price beforehand.

I’m writing this over a drink in apartment 3/4, and it’s fantastic here. The hostess is kind, helpful, thoughtful, and loves looking after her guests. The rooms are tidy and better than you’d expect for the price. Our place has a wonderful big sunny balcony with a patio set, cushions, and a warm, cozy fur blanket. We really feel at home in Austria. That’s just right for us, and our 17-month-old son is having a great time too, with lots of room to run and play. Wonderful!

The Bachler family were always friendly and ready to help during our week there in January 2018. It’s a lovely, comfortable place to stay, not far from the cross-country ski trails or the train station.
