The wine pairings were so balanced and surprising, and the cellar has a thoughtful mix of local and international bottles. Every plate felt carefully made, with seasonal ingredients and a real respect for them. The kitchen handles game with finesse, and the vegetables and herbs come from a flourishing garden. The food is precise and full of layered flavours, with nothing that feels unnecessary. At Gasthof Herrnhaus in Tirol, the warm, refined atmosphere feels rooted in Tyrolean tradition. The service is gracious and quietly confident, and every detail seems considered. It’s a place shaped by genuine hospitality and care, and the whole meal left me grateful. Thank you ❤️

The food is next level. Chef Lucas cooks wild game, and after eating at top restaurants around the world, I can honestly say he’s on another level. Maxi, the sommelier, brought us delicious wines and explained each one with such a sweet, welcoming manner. He really knows his stuff 💛 The place itself is beautiful, like a little castle among snow capped mountains 🏔️. Our room was cosy, clean, and peaceful. I couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I’ll be back soon.

The family who owns and runs this beautiful old Austrian hotel has put so much love and passion into it. Sandra, the hotel manager, is so welcoming, kind, and lovely that she makes you feel at home. The food is traditional Austrian cooking, expertly prepared by the renowned chef Lukas, with a passion that overwhelms the senses. Max, the highly skilled sommelier, picks the wines and can introduce you to bottles you didn’t even know existed ❤️

Come hungry, because the menu is amazing. We had a wonderful lunch in the sun in the beautiful Biergarten, with Hannes serving us in a wonderfully relaxed and professional way.
