The owner is so kind, a little like a grandma from a fairy tale. The place is simple, quiet, and comfortable enough, with nothing fancy. The wifi wasn't very stable, so if you're planning to work, bring mobile data. It's not a big deal, though. Would I come back? Yes. I've saved it with a heart on Google maps.

The breakfast was fresh and complete, with something for everyone. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and fully equipped. Our hostess was sweet, thoughtful, and flexible, and knew the area well. Even though we weren't fluent in the language, we could communicate and have a laugh together. It felt like a holiday with a little bit of coming home. We wished we could have stayed longer in the house and the area, where there's so much to do: beautiful walks in Kaprun and Zell am See, good food, the water and light show, tobogganing, and sledding. With the Tourist Information just around the corner, there's surely even more to discover.

The house was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned every day. There's a big parking lot out front, plus a garden bench where you can eat dinner or just sit and take in the scenery. It's a great base for hikes, bike rides, and the Grossglockner Road. Many thanks to the Gassner family for the warm welcome. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly prepared.
