SCAM! I booked through booking.com, then got a call saying they'd double-booked me and that I should request my money back through booking. They wouldn't accept my cancellation request. I called and asked them to return the money, and sent several emails, but nobody replied. 200 Euros gone! I've never had a less trustworthy experience.
