The views were wonderful, and the accommodation was spacious, with an awesome alpine-style kitchen set apart from the main space. A really good choice for a stay. Unfortunately, car trouble meant we couldn't spend another night here or visit Lunersee.

We really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dishwasher and microwave, and the WiFi and Austrian and German TV were good. The flats are tidy, the two-person room was clean, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Service was friendly too.

The owner, an Italian guy, was the highlight: kind, friendly, and ready to help even at 10 pm, despite all our requests. We stayed nine nights, from 21 to 30 December 2022, in a family condo with a kitchen, bedroom, bath, and separate shower. The hot water pressure in the shower was great. With a car, the location worked really well for exploring: we got to Zurig in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Neuschwanstein Castle, Innsbruck, Bergenz lake, and ski areas including st.Anton, Lech, Zurs, and Brand, all in under two hours. It costs less than Bludenz home, so it's a good choice if you have a car and want to get around. We did change our plans and stopped cooking hot meals. The kitchen wasn't comfortable to cook in: there's no vacuum, so humidity gathers on top of the cabinet and later drops back into the food pot. The fridge also has no freezer. We stuck to salads, fruit, and similar things. Still, definitely a highly recommended place!
