Damüls Appartements

In summer, these apartments are lovely and very good value. Ours had everything we needed, with nearly new furnishings, and the underground parking was handy for short trips. It’s well located near a bus stop and right by the start of hiking routes. A few small areas of damage seemed to have been overlooked by the cleaning crew and couldn’t be fixed quickly. The towels were visibly stained, or hadn’t been fully cleaned in the previous wash, so I’ve taken off a star.

We rented a lovely, well equipped apartment for a week of summer holidays and barely needed the car. It’s high enough up to make a great starting point for walks, and the summer lifts are within walking distance. With a stay of at least three nights, the Bregenzerwald guest card is free; we used it for free rides on the summer lifts and entry to nearby swimming pools. There’s bus transport too. Other useful details: an EV charging station, private parking space, a nearby supermarket, and reception staffed for many hours. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared area for 1 euro. A great summer holiday location.

We had a lovely view and a really nice atmosphere, with very friendly staff. The apartment was clean and in good condition. You can park in the underground garage and do your laundry, and there’s also a tasty breakfast option: fresh rolls delivered to your balcony each morning.

Apartment 4 in House 1 worked well for our group of six. It’s spacious and bright, with beautiful Swiss pine furniture and high quality furnishings. The south facing balcony gets lovely afternoon sun and has a stunning mountain view. There’s underground parking and ski storage, and the slopes are just a short walk away. A big thank you to Doris at reception, the heart and soul of the place. She’s always helpful and friendly.
