Hotel Lucia

The wellness and sauna area is calm, beautiful and so relaxing. We stayed less than a week, yet left feeling as refreshed as after a two-week holiday, ready for 2024. Service was excellent, the hotel comfortable and welcoming, and the food superb. There's always a vegan option, with plenty to choose from at both the breakfast buffet and the evening salad buffet. My husband, our three teenage children and I highly recommend Hotel Lucia, and we'll definitely come back. Thank you, Hotel Lucia!

We arrived late, but the key had been left for us, which made getting in easy. Our apartment had plenty of space for the whole family, and the beds were comfortable. We all slept well and woke to a beautiful view. The breakfast looked small at first, but once we sat down we were brought a large carafe of fresh coffee, milk for the little ones with chocolate to mix in, and freshly made eggs. The buffet also had a good range of meats, cheeses, spreads, fruit salad, yogurt, cereal, bread and pastries. Staff checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The family who run the hotel were so hospitable and made us feel looked after. After checkout, we stepped out for a big breath of mountain air and paused to listen to the cowbells on the mountain across from the hotel. Hotel Lucia made this a beautiful trip.

We stopped here overnight while travelling from Germany to Italy. The road through the Austrian Alps on the way to this beautiful hotel was breathtaking. The hotel was in a handy spot for trekking, with heavenly scenery all around. Inside, the staff were super friendly, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen and dining area spacious, and the WiFi worked without any problems.

We enjoyed our holiday very much, and the hotel's location makes it a good choice in either summer or winter. In Damüls, it's close to the ski lifts and the starting points for more than a dozen hiking trails. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious, and there's parking on site. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is very good. The drawback is that there's no restaurant here, so we had to go to another hotel for lunch and dinner. That gets annoying in bad weather. Our internet connection was also rather unstable during the stay.
