This family-oriented hotel has indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, a steam bath, and a gym. Rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels changed regularly, and the food is excellent. The waiters and reception staff are polite, always smiling, and ready to help find solutions. There are lots of activities listed for families and children, including some on specific days, such as go-karting on Wednesday. Parents looking for a place to leave their children in someone else's care may want to look elsewhere. The services are in line with what you pay. There's a German saying that roughly means no complaints is praise enough, though I'm not sure it quite fits my review since I have no complaints.

The hotel's panoramic setting is remarkable, and the indoor pool was long enough for me to swim for an hour during our winter stay. I know it wasn't designed specifically for that, but I really enjoyed it. We also found the rooms very comfortable and impeccably clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with sweet and savory choices, and lunches and dinners were carefully prepared with a reasonable range of options. What made us want to return most was the kindness and availability of everyone, from reception and restaurant staff to housekeeping and the people who helped clarify details about RC model flying lessons. Many heartfelt thanks to the whole team for making our few days special. We'll be back very soon!

A very cozy hotel with a VIP-style feel, and well worth it. Respect to the service!

I'm an Italian artist, and I came here on vacation to study nature for my work. The place is beautiful, the view is great, and the Austrian dishes were lovely. The rooms were big and clean too. I really appreciated the professional, kind staff and their smiles. Thanks for a wonderful experience. Will I come back? Obviously! Arrivederci!

We had a lovely time here as a family, and it would be just as nice for couples. The restaurant and wellness area were both lovely too.
