Rosenberger Motor-Hotel Deutsch-Wagram

I really enjoyed my weekends there and wanted to thank the Rosehill Foodpark Hotel team for the attentive service. The staff made the stay memorable, and I hope to visit again soon. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Really good accommodation, with a clean room, a quiet area, and super nice staff.

It was clean and quiet, but I left disappointed. The Rosenberger restaurant's food was pretty average and the choice was limited. More than €100 for three meals, two desserts, juices, and a coffee felt excessive, even if high prices are expected at motorway stops. You also have to pay for the restroom, which is a hassle if you only have cards and no cash. It was over 30°C outside and the ventilation couldn't keep up, so the dining area felt stuffy and uncomfortable. There's a Burger King on site, though I didn't try it. I wouldn't recommend stopping here. The quality seemed noticeably worse than at other Austrian motorway restaurant chains.

At Burger King, a man with a black beard, probably in his forties, was handing out orders and calling the numbers in his native language. I politely asked if he'd said number 434. He just repeated the number in his language, without looking at me or showing any interest. I was already a little irritated when I said, "Whatever that means..." He shrugged and walked off without a word. The screen still showed all the orders as "in preparation," and he didn't update the status to help customers either. The service was very rude.
