There are lovely walks close by, and the town centre is nearby too. The place was very clean and felt private.

Parking right outside was handy, and the price felt fair. The apartment sits by the Laßnitz stream, below Deutschlandsburg Castle, with hiking routes nearby. It's about a ten-minute walk into Deutschlandsberg. Clean, and I'd happily stay here again.

I had to take my own rubbish out, walking ten minutes with cans and bottles. During my three-week stay, the bed linen still hadn't been changed after 12 days. I asked about cleaning then, though nobody had brought it up on their own. Ms. Kleindienst, the landlady, came across as falsely friendly. Once you've paid, don't expect much if you ask her for anything else.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the owner was very kind. Bring your own dishwashing liquid and hand soap, as neither is provided.
