The view of the Lienz Dolomites was fantastic. I stayed with the Sporer family for a week at the start of September 2016, and the hosts were absolutely lovely. The apartments were modern and well furnished. I’d love to return!

This was unprofessional and outrageous, and I can’t recommend them after my first contact. I was searching for a New Year’s Eve 2020/2021 rental. After I sent an inquiry, they emailed an offer, which I accepted. Two days later, they said the dates were in high demand and they had many inquiries, including from large groups, so the price was no longer sustainable. They’d send a confirmation right away if I agreed to pay x € more per night. Don’t they work out their prices in advance? Are they just giving the apartment to the highest bidder now?

There are lots of great trails nearby for hiking, biking, or skiing in winter. It’s a great place with a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere.
