Four Points By Sheraton Panoramahaus Dornbirn

We’ve liked this hotel enough to come back twice. The lobby is beautifully furnished with Mid-century Modern pieces, and there’s ample parking. The modern rooms are clean and thoughtfully laid out, with enough sockets for all our gadgets. The pool is amazing, and the spa area is clean and relaxing. There’s an outdoor pool too if you fancy a cold dip. Breakfast is delicious, with a fabulous view. I also had a lovely massage at the spa. We stay here when we want to shop at TK Maxx & DM across the border from St. Gallen. There’s a mall and BurgerKing across the way, which is convenient.

The breakfast team really stood out. They were organized, kept the buffet full, and cleared tables constantly, all while being friendly and smiling. It made mornings pleasant. The gym was great, our room was spacious, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. We didn’t try the wellness facilities, though they looked excellent. The bar was unusually crowded, and it needs more staff. They might be able to shift some people from breakfast to the evening bar. The internet was almost nonexistent, which was frustrating. The location is handy, in front of a shopping center and near Germany and Switzerland, but there isn’t much to explore on foot.

We enjoyed our second visit to the Four Points Hotel in Dornbirn just as much as the first. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with beautiful mountain views, very comfortable beds, and everything was clean. Staff are helpful and friendly, making the place feel welcoming right away. The wellness area is thoughtfully laid out, with four saunas, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, and a roomy relaxation space. There are heated indoor and outdoor pools, and towels and bathrobes are provided. Breakfast has lots of delicious options, a beautiful view, and plenty for vegetarians. It’s a well managed hotel with good facilities and a high level of comfort. We’ll definitely return.

We had a pleasant stay, and the room’s cleanliness and generous open space made us comfortable. I liked the hotel’s quality, and it was convenient to have a covered car park where we didn’t need to reserve. Parking for the full day costs EUR 15, which feels a little overpriced. It was a bit disappointing that a building this tall, with panoramic views, didn’t have a bar on the top floor where we could enjoy a drink and the view. We hope to come back and trust the hotel will keep improving by then.
