We got caught in heavy rain and stopped without a reservation. The room was clean, and the owners were very kind. At breakfast, the house jam was excellent, and the house wine was great in the evening. The location worked perfectly for leaving in the morning after our flight and reaching Vienna around 3:00 PM with the Muscular train. If you’re planning to eat at local restaurants, their kitchens close at 9:00 PM.

Breakfast on the terrace came with a view over the vineyards. They served homemade jam, cheese and cold cuts, orange juice, and coffee. The hosts were very nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

A peaceful, quiet spot for a relaxing stay in the Wachau region. This charming little guesthouse is surrounded by vineyards, with friendly owners, clean rooms, a lovely view from the room, and a delicious breakfast.
