The service was warm and welcoming, and both the food and wine were really good.

The Wachau is beautiful, and this place fits right in. Our apartment looked out over the Danube, and it was clean and cozy. The hosts were incredibly kind. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The area is great for hiking, and the Bäuerl family's winery feels like a little haven for holidaymakers and wine lovers alike. Their apartments are cozy and tastefully furnished. The family are so warm and friendly that we felt at ease as soon as we arrived. We've stayed twice already and would happily return.
