The Finnish Sauna was a highlight for me, especially with that mountain view. The spa feels relaxing and is well equipped, and our room was clean with beautiful views too. Staff were welcoming and paid close attention to what guests needed.

The room was spacious and well equipped, and the wellness area and saunas were great. The views and location are amazing too. But the staff seemed irritated by our presence and were rude, which brought what could have been a five-star stay down to three.

The location is great, and I enjoyed staying here for ten days on a business trip. My room was roomy and comfortable, with tasteful furniture. The staff were friendly, though sometimes they could have been more attentive, and I wish breakfast ran for longer. One thing that felt out of place for an upscale hotel was that part of the wall hadn't been fully painted.

I loved the ground-floor sauna, you should give it a try. The hotel was clean and nice, and the staff were kind and very helpful. Tirol is beautiful, with fresh mountain air and a lovely setting for a relaxing break.

The dinners were the real highlight, especially the special Christmas meal the hotel put on while I was there. Breakfast was good too. I booked full room and board, which worked really well for my solo ski trip, and the hotel is handy for skiing around Lehrmoos/Ehrwald. It's a quaint, charming place with great staff. I didn't use the spa, so I can't comment on it. English can be a bit of a challenge at times, but we managed fine. I'd happily stay again and get back out skiing in the Ehrwald area.
