The hosts’ care for their guests really came through, especially in the helpful tips they gave us for excursions, hiking routes, and sights nearby. Rosmarie and her husband were open, kind, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were particularly thankful that they let us bring our two cats, which isn’t something to take for granted. We stayed in the “Grubigstein” apartment, which had everything we needed for a longer visit, including a kitchen stocked with practical utensils. Having a balcony and access to the lovely courtyard made it even nicer. The location is fantastic, right at the foot of the Zugspitze, with beautiful views and easy access to trails and many attractions. We felt completely at ease at Haus Zippermühle in Ehrwald and would love to return. Highly recommended for anyone wanting nature, relaxation, and warm hospitality.

The owner greeted us warmly with homemade cookies and jam. We had a comfortable apartment and bread delivery, and would happily recommend it. We’ll be back next year!

The hosts were friendly, and both the courtyard and rooms were clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The ski lift is a bit of a walk, but you can take a bus or drive there in 7 minutes.
