The children had plenty of ways to unwind and were supervised safely, and our room stayed beautiful and very clean throughout the visit. The food was delicious too, and my husband still talks about the wine. We had a nice few days, but breakfast was regularly spoiled by two young staff members, a man and a woman with glasses. They seemed unable to understand us, and neither spoke German or English. When we asked the man for fried eggs, he brought scrambled eggs. We tried explaining the mix-up, but he shrugged and turned to another guest. We gave up asking after that. The woman acted much the same way, and rather than getting help when she didn't understand our requests, she walked away and moved the counter a few meters. Most of the staff were smiling, kind, friendly, and intelligent, but not everyone. It's a shame management doesn't notice when someone isn't suited to hospitality. A couple of people like that can spoil a family's holiday.

There are lots of things for kids to do, the staff are so nice, and everywhere is super clean. Great food too. Recommended ❤️

We had a lovely stay, and the area is worth visiting again. The hotel is very nice and child friendly, with a good-sized room and an elevator from the garage to each floor. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice and the food was good. Staff were nice as well. The little garden has an outdoor pool and sandpit, and the indoor playroom came in handy on two rainy afternoons. There's an indoor pool too, though we were told the water would be warm and it was freezing cold. Also, lunch was quite poor on our all-inclusive plan, so I took off a star for those two things.

We picked this hotel because it could support not just little kids but our 10-month-old baby too, and because it was close to the children's ski school. Everything was perfect, from the food to the services, and the kids' entertainment was great. Special thanks to Daniel and Isabella for looking after our children and supporting the kita activities with such passion.

Ehrwald is a lovely town in Zugspitze Arena, with spectacular mountain views around Tirolerhof Hotel. We've visited twice in summer, when it was relatively quiet, and the staff made us feel very welcome both times. Good meals and spacious family rooms. Our second stay was great again.
