The property is very well maintained, from the rooms and appliances to the crockery, utensils, sauna, and swimming pool. The views are great too.

We found silverfish in Apartment 7, including in the beds, and reported it straight away. They didn’t offer us a reasonable alternative and told us to keep sleeping there. On the phone, we were told to check the beds before going to sleep, and that the person on the call would sleep in them anyway. The bathroom heating doesn’t work either, and there’s mold in the shower in the spa area downstairs. Don’t book this place under any circumstances.

We’re still staying at Keyone's accommodation, and we’re stunned and frustrated. Since we arrived, the apartment has had a massive silverfish infestation. They’re in the skirting boards, doorframes, carpet, ceiling, and even the bed. We’ve killed more than 50 ourselves, and new ones show up every evening. We’ve sent several reports, photos, and videos, but Keyone hasn’t responded appropriately. Instead of sending an exterminator, they only said they’d send a cleaning crew in the middle of the day, when the insects aren’t even visible. Anyone who knows even a little about this problem can see that won’t solve it. They refused to move us to another room, even though the situation is completely unacceptable. We’re spending our vacation texting and talking on the phone instead of enjoying it, and our children are afraid to go to bed. The provider’s conduct is not customer oriented at all. We feel completely on our own and not taken seriously. For the price we’re paying, this is a disgrace.

We had a lovely long weekend here with friends. The apartment was really, really clean, the beds weren’t worn out, and there was a small local gift on the dining table. Definitely five stars from me. The pool was a bit chilly, as another reviewer mentioned. It might be nice to turn the temperature up a few degrees.
