Panorama-Hotel Restaurant Schnblick

There were so many mosquitoes in summer, and the room had no supplies to keep them away. I couldn't sleep at night. The restaurant service also felt unprofessional: when we asked for recommendations for local specialties, the staff member couldn't suggest anything. And the hotel's actual level doesn't seem to match its four-star price.

The food was delicious and the service top quality. The restaurant's view is probably one of the best around the lake, so dinner at sunset is highly recommended. They're famous for their Käsespetzle, but make sure to order it when you book, since they don't prepare it à la minute.

The views from our apartment over the Bodensee and the Alps were stunning, and we loved the apartment and the pool. We spent 4 nights here in June and had a fantastic time. Hotel Schonblick sits up a steep mountain, which makes walking a bit difficult, though a little bus runs every 2 hours to take you up or down. The staff were very helpful, especially Jenny, who couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast had a wide choice, and the main meals were excellent, though a bit more choice at dinner would've been nice. We couldn't fault the hotel. Thank you.

We were surprised by how good the food was and how much there was to choose from on the menu. I thought it might be a standard tourist place just because of the view, but the meal was great. There's parking, and it's kid friendly. Thank you!
