Apartment No. 30, No. 1, Granite. The large bedroom had a double bed, and the dining room was spacious. The kitchen didn’t work properly, the oven was a mystery, there was no freezer, and the bathroom had no ventilation.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The town is surrounded by beautiful rocks, and the P2 parking lot at the Präbichl ski area is only an eight-minute drive away.

The accommodation works perfectly, and the value for money isn’t really bad. Still, knowing there’s nothing much happening here anymore and that real estate is practically worthless, I feel the overnight stay is only just worth the price at best.

We’re back for our second stay. The apartments are lovely and really clean, and we’d happily return again.

There are great hiking trails through the mountains around here, but the place itself feels dead.
