6/10
We only stayed one night while passing through. The rooms were quite good, with everything we needed, including a minibar, and the beds made for a quiet, comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was good too, and the guest card came in handy for the sommerrodelbahn. The check-in was a letdown. Nobody explained the hotel, the local area, or how things worked, and we had to find our room ourselves. The building mixes old and modern styles that don't go together, and the hallway carpet smelled unpleasant. Dinner was also confusing. We were shown to our place but weren't told what to do, so we waited for staff to explain the routine. After ten minutes, a waiter came over and asked why we hadn't filled out the dinner form. The staff seemed unhappy in their jobs and communication was brief and rushed. The food was decent, though quite fatty.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Our room seemed recently renovated and had lovely mountain views too. We'd definitely come back.

8/10
The spa was very nice, and both the service and food quality were great. The rooms felt a bit rundown, though, and smoking was allowed in the lobby and bar, which was really not good. The kids' club didn't impress us much either. The child minder often seemed uninterested and sometimes left the children alone or had them watch TV, which isn't what we expect from a kids' club. Some activities, like sledging, were good.

10/10
The kids really enjoyed the program, and we were happy with the friendly staff, delicious food, cozy room, and great spa. I wasn't keen on the small bathtub doubling as the shower, but it wasn't enough to lower my five-star rating.

We really enjoyed the spa, and the food was delicious. The rooms were great too, and the staff were nice and friendly. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it.
