We spent January 2023 skiing in Ellmau with our family and stayed in the Bergschaf apartment. The landlady was wonderful, friendly, and took care of everything. We booked the bread delivery through her, and it was brilliant. The apartment was exceptionally clean, fully equipped, and laid out really well, with a lovely mix of modern and cozy. The mezzanine won us over, especially the panoramic views of Hartkaiser mountain and Ellmau, which you can also enjoy from the balcony. There's parking, ski storage, and a boot warmer in the building, so we didn't need to rent a separate ski room. The ski bus stop is practically next door, the village is an easy walk, and the swimming pool is right beside it. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday.

We felt right at home in this clean, well-kept holiday apartment. It had everything we could need and plenty of thoughtful touches. The landlady was very friendly, and the bread delivery service was fantastic. Our children loved the swimming pool just around the corner. The ski bus to the Hartkaiserbahn lift is nearby, takes 10 minutes, and stops right in front of the station. When we asked, the bus even stopped right outside the door.

The owners were very nice, and the apartment was fantastic, spacious, and finished to a high standard. It has a tasteful modern Tyrolean style, with everything new. From there you can see the village and Hartkaiser ski area. The ski bus connects you centrally, and Kaiserbad, with its pool, sauna, massage, and restaurant, is five minutes away. Ellmau is a great place, and it looks just like it does in the TV series "Der Bergdoktor"!

The two apartments are both really beautiful and spacious, with excellent amenities. They're in a very good spot by the Kaiserbad, close to the ski bus stop.
