We’d just finished our first ski holiday, and it was a great experience. The hotel is on the expensive side, but I think it’s worth it. The service was great, the food amazing, and our room was large and in good shape. There’s a pool, sauna, spa, indoor play area and, in summer, an outdoor one, plus a kindergarten if needed. Our boy enjoyed it all, and so did we.

Everything was neat and tidy, and the hotel is well equipped for children. Esther makes everyone feel happy right away. Great hotel, highly recommended!

A nice base for planning a ski trip. You can use the lockers at the ski area and pay for them directly at the hotel. Breakfast, snacks and dinner are available there too.

The manure smell in our room was unpleasant, especially at night, and the room itself was awkwardly cramped. The furniture was arranged so badly that getting out of bed meant watching your head against the wall. The pillows were very hard, and the shower door leaked, so we had to wipe up the floor after showering. There were no toiletries or other standard four-star bathroom items. We didn’t feel comfortable here. For an expensive hotel, the service felt completely inadequate, and with so many guests there wasn’t much individual attention. At dinner we were squeezed into a small room, which made it hard to feel safe during an epidemic. The gentleman in the Tyrolean outfit who let us in for dinner was rude.
