We’ve stayed at Wildschwendt several times and keep coming back. The rooms and apartments are bright, lovely, and decorated with so much care. Everyone is welcoming and helpful, including the farm dog Cora 😊 We’ve been more than happy with every stay and are always glad to return!

Landhaus Wildschwendt is a very quiet place by the forest, about a 15-minute walk from the center of the village. The staff are friendly and easy to approach. The standard is medium-good, so it suits anyone who’s happy with that. Whether you come on your own, as a couple, with friends, or with a dog, it’s a relaxing base for days off or for exploring the Wilder Kaiser area.

The children had plenty to do even when it rained, and the big outdoor playground was a highlight. We also spent many evenings together in the garden cabin, a lovely spot to wind down, with a breathtaking view of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range. We had three rooms for Grandma’s 70th birthday with the whole family. They were all spacious, clean, and comfortable, and everyone was thrilled. We’ve stayed here several times and highly recommend it for families.

Breakfast was a real treat, with plenty of choice and regional products: fresh fruit, crisp rolls, homemade jams, and excellent coffee. The whole team was warm, attentive, and ready to help. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, and the place has a well-kept, cozy family feel in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed our time at Landhaus Wildschwendt from start to finish and would gladly return.
