The location is just right for getting out into nature, whether you like hiking or cycling. The receptionist suggested a trail, and it turned out to be one of the most beautiful and exciting hikes we’ve ever done. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival, and everyone on staff was super friendly. Dinner came as a five course menu and breakfast was splendid. The food was a full 10/10. Such an amazing holiday, we’d definitely book again!

We only spent one night here and wish we’d stayed longer. It may have been the best stop of our vacation. Our room had a beautiful view, and the hotel sits in a lovely spot beside the lake. There’s also an interesting gift shop with plenty of fun things to buy. Breakfast tasted great and had lots of options. Best of all, the two staff members on duty were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us.

We’ve come back twice, each time for a week in winter. The owners and the rest of the staff are all incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. It’s a very cozy hotel, with warm, clean rooms. Downstairs there’s a small spa that’s well equipped. The food is gourmet, and there’s a great range of wines.

Breakfast in the garden was wonderfully idyllic, and the village and lake were beautiful. The hotel garden leads straight to the lake, which was lovely. Great facilities, friendly staff, and excellent food made this an amazing hotel.

We were impressed by the cuisine and by staff who were both professional and extremely friendly. The surroundings are stunning, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well kept, with nice, practical bathrooms. Everything felt perfect.
