I still found the room noisy even after reception kindly helped me move farther from the elevator shaft. The elevators make a tremendous racket throughout the hotel, so light sleepers should be aware.

We had two large rooms with air conditioning, and the hotel is right by the old town, which was lovely to wander around. It's in the centre of Feldkirch, with easy access to the car park. On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and gave us useful restaurant suggestions. Breakfast had an excellent range of delicious food, and the staff there were just as helpful and friendly. The main letdown was the sofa bed in the triple room. My teenage daughter found it far too hard and slept badly. A mattress or topper would make a big difference.

The restaurant was excellent and affordable, and the welcome from the moment we arrived was warm, with great service. My family and I had an incredible stay. We'll definitely come back. Thanks!

There are local markets just a few metres away, and the area is lively much of the time. Lots of restaurants are close by too. The rooms are great, the service is good, and the value for money is hard to beat.

A nicely located hotel, and our room had a beautiful view. It was nice, though at 3 pm the room still wasn't ready, so we had to wait another half hour.
