10/10
The facilities were in mint condition, and the people were super friendly and keen to help make the stay easy. It's in a quiet, convenient area. Definitely a place I'd return to.

The water in the room costs extra, which is ridiculous. Other guests made noise on the outside terrace until 1 am, and there was no staff member to deal with it. The receptionist sent us to the ground parking, which isn't free, even though the upstairs parking was free and had plenty of empty spaces.

8/10
The room was spacious, clean and good, and the hotel itself was nice, clean and quiet. The bar could use a few comfy chairs for relaxing in the evening. Staff were generally friendly, though sometimes a bit grumpy.

We had an amazing stay at a great hotel. The service from the staff could put it in five-star territory!

2/10
Cigarette smells filled the rooms and hallways, and the bathroom was tiny. The service was the worst I've experienced. Staff were so unwelcoming and didn't seem to care about making guests comfortable. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'll never come back.
