We booked through Airbnb and found a large apartment building. We had no contact with the hosts, only the staff, who were pleasant. Our room was small, with a kitchen-living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The renovations looked old, with dark tiled floors and a tiled bathroom. The worst part was the lack of cleaning, which seemed to have gone on for a long time. The dishes were very dirty, everything was dusty, and there were spiders everywhere. The bedroom had very little light, and all the lamps were dim. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet old, and the water pressure was also a problem. The room felt uncozy, uncomfortable, and untidy, and the floor and wall colors were very off-putting. There was a large balcony where you could watch the sunset. The building is centrally located near supermarkets, coffee shops, and a bank, and parking is available. The only good points were the reasonable price, parking, and nearby shops.

The place was a disaster from the moment we arrived. It was freezing, with the radiators off; the heating only came on in the morning and evening, leaving the apartment cold during the day even when we weren't skiing. Everything was filthy, the furniture was worn, and there was mold in the bathroom. We each got one towel, and it smelled awful. The electricity was terrible, and there was no RCD. After the power went out, my husband had to fix the fuse because they wouldn't call anyone on a Sunday. The person on site only spoke English, while the owner lives in London and was hard to reach. I strongly advise against booking. It's not worth a cent.

Stay away. The bathroom was dirty and moldy, and the kitchen was sticky, filthy, and run-down, with dried food still stuck to the plates and cutlery. Anyone hoping to cook here may as well be at a youth camp. The rooms felt ancient and dirty too, and we were left freezing because the heating is centrally controlled and only works in the morning and evening. If I could rate this place -5 stars, I would.

The rooms get searched while you're out, and the landlady comes in and takes things. It's cold all the time, and she unplugs the boiler when you're skiing. There was nothing good about the place.
