The personnel were friendly and tried to help where they could, apart from the sauna. On our departure day, I was most disappointed that we couldn’t use the sauna and its facilities. They gave us a very lame explanation, saying the towel dryer had failed. For a hotel, this feels like the minimum standard. Its biggest draw is the nearby mountain and lifts. The rooms are decent, though some things may be missing or broken. The restaurant is just okay, with relatively small portions for high prices. The food usually isn’t very tasty, though there are occasional exceptions. Wi-Fi is reasonable, but not fast enough for regular streaming.

The hotel is very basic, and the bathroom had mold. Our room wasn’t the one shown in the pictures. The one good point was how close it is to the slope.

A relaxed, family-friendly place to stay if you enjoy skiing. The piste is almost right there, about a two-minute walk away.

There were two single beds, plus a camp bed propped up with a bin.

The location is very good, and the beds were clean and okay, but the stay wasn’t good. The family room was pretty okay; the shower, though, was really old and dirty, held together with what looked like an iPhone cable. Dinner was below par, with frozen vegetables and pasta topped with a dollop of creamed spinach. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The owner said the building would be demolished once permits for new construction were received.
