Andrea and her family are very nice and always there if you need them. The apartment is lovely and has all the essentials. I recommend Haus Birkenheim without hesitation. We’ll probably come back next winter.

We had a fantastic vacation and would love to return. The hosts were very friendly, the view was great, and the cozy place had everything we needed. We’re already looking forward to the next Hanneshof Week in 2024.

The location is quiet, with a view of the Rossbrand mountain, and it’s about a 20-minute walk or a two-minute drive down to town. We parked right in front of the apartment, and the ski bus stopped just outside. There was also a bread delivery service. We spent a week with the Hofinger family on a ski holiday. The apartment was stylish, very well equipped, and spotless. Mrs. Hofinger welcomed us warmly and gave us useful tips and advice. Communication was easy and pleasant.

Everything was very clean and tidy, with thoughtful details in the decor. Everyone was very friendly. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you, and would gladly come back.

The landlords were very nice, and the apartment was beautifully furnished with everything we needed. It’s a wonderful place below the Bishop's Hat in Filzmoos, Styria. We’ll be back.
