The homemade jam at breakfast had me over the moon, and the whole meal was so good that neither my mom nor grandma could top it. The hosts were lovely and helpful, and their English was great. It’s a spotless, beautifully designed hotel right in the middle of town, with a pretty river and scenery beside it and a warm, family-like feel. I’d send my friends and enemies here. Still deciding? Maybe you’ll spot a flying unicorn at night. 10/10, I’d visit again. Greetings from Poland.

Breakfast had a nice choice of food and drinks, and there’s a self-service minibar downstairs in the basement. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean and basic, right in central Filzmoos. The rooms look a little dated and could use a renovation soon. There isn’t much to do at the hotel itself, though that’s fine since most guests are here to ski or trek.

We got a Filzmoos summer card and used it for the cable car, swimming pool, and a few other treats. The town is pleasant and idyllic, too. This is a lovely family hotel with luxurious accommodation and excellent service and hospitality. It really deserves its five stars.

We felt very welcome with the Rieder family during our 15-night September stay, and had a wonderful time. The hotel is right in the center, but our room was quiet and just right. Breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade jams made with local fruit. We were very comfortable and will definitely come back. Best regards, Hendrik and Annette
