We loved the place and the apartments were clean and comfortable, in a great location. We wanted to book another holiday there, but none of our emails or calls got an answer. Reception was really unkind.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds and showers, but too many things were broken or missing. For six people, there were only three wine glasses and two beer glasses, and the sofa bed was completely broken. They’d glued pieces of faux leather onto it and covered it with a rug to hide the damage. A friend had to go home unexpectedly and booked a last-minute flight. When we asked the lady to call a taxi, she said she wouldn’t. Bread delivery was advertised, but she didn’t provide that either. The owner should make sure everything is intact and properly supplied, and put in a bit more effort. Then the place could be top-notch.

The views are stunning, and the location is central. It’s a great base for hiking, including for people who don’t want to walk much, and there are several children’s play areas high in the mountains. Lift tickets for Fiss/Ladis/Serfaus are included, and it’s also recommended for winter. The modern holiday apartment has two bedrooms with a bathroom each, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a large balcony. The house is well equipped and has an elevator. Excellent.
