We had a great ski holiday here. Apartment 14 was spacious, modern, clean, and on the top floor by itself. The balcony had a fantastic view of the slopes, and we even watched fireworks during a special event. Reception was friendly and accommodating. There was a parking issue when we arrived, but they sorted it quickly. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice for a week-long stay. The chef could make eggs in different styles to order. The sauna was modern and enjoyable, though closing at 8 PM felt a little early. A couple of practical drawbacks: there's no microwave in the apartment, which would have helped with our almost two-year-old daughter. The ski lifts are 15-20 minutes away on foot, mostly uphill, which could be difficult for some. We drove with our daughter because it was more convenient, but parking at the 'Tallstation' in Fiss costs €7 per day. A shuttle service would be a useful addition.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very kind. Some things in the apartment were broken and never fixed, though. After we left, they emailed to say we'd broken something and that they wouldn't return the deposit. Once we contacted them, it was settled.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, and couldn't have asked for better. The view is breathtaking, the decor is stylish, and the service is incredibly friendly. Everything feels thoughtfully put together and inviting, with a clear focus on quality and comfort. Highly recommend the Alps Resort.

The apartment was beautiful and everything in it was new, including a kitchen equipped with what you need. There’s an underground parking garage and a separate locked bike room. The location works especially well for the bike park or exploring the area by bike. The forest lift is easy to reach, with two supermarkets along the way.
