The sauna and wellness area is modern and a great way to unwind after winter sports. We also had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator in the hall outside our room, which was handy. Our double room was a good size, as was the bathroom, and everything was clean and tidy. Booking by email after a phone call was easy. Ms. Tilg welcomed us warmly and was courteous throughout our week at Haus Isabell. The ski storage by the cable cars, included in the price, is about a ten-minute walk away. Breakfast had muesli, fruit, fresh bread and rolls, eggs, coffee, and juice, enough to start the day satisfied before heading to the slopes. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful holiday. The hostess was friendly and helpful, and the guesthouse is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Our room was spacious with a modern bathroom, and the sauna was nice too. We booked a room with breakfast, which was excellent. The lift is about a ten-minute walk away, and there’s a ski locker there. Highly recommended!

Everything we needed was in the apartment, which was clean and tidy, and they provided a travel cot without any trouble. We did miss having cereal bowls, so we’ll bring some next time. Haus Isabel was in a quiet spot right in the village, with a beautiful view. We stayed in an apartment in summer 2025, and it suited us perfectly since we could walk everywhere. The bakery was just around the corner, and the mountain lifts and Wolfssee lake were a 10-15 minute walk. There was also a small playground a few minutes away. We’d love to come back again this year! ☺️

The owner was VERY friendly and keen to help, and everything was very clean after the hotel’s recent renovation. After a long day skiing, the dry and infrared sauna was a big plus for relaxing. We also got a free pass for the Ski Depot right by the main gondola lift, so we didn’t have to carry our equipment back and forth each day. The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from the main gondola. Breakfast was very basic and could be better, but I definitely recommend staying here.

We were happy with our stay and would come back. The room was as expected, comfortably furnished, and very clean, with a modern bathroom. Before our ski trip, arranging things by email was easy, and they answered all our questions. We were welcomed warmly on arrival. Breakfast was adequate for us, and the walk to the ski locker took about ten minutes and went by quickly. There’s an infrared sauna at the hotel, though we didn’t use it.
