The garden was a highlight, with lively chickens, a lovely nature-pool area, and a newly built football pitch. Even though Auszeit Apartments is right in the centre of Flachau, restaurants and a grocery store are an easy walk away, and the area is still quiet. Our ground-floor apartment was 70m2, with two separate bedrooms and a terrace, plenty of space for our two adults and three kids. It was one of the cleanest and best-equipped places we've stayed in during our many holidays. Eva and Christian were excellent hosts, always caring and generous with their help. The green surroundings, near-perfect weather and wide range of summer activities, including the Flachau Summercard, made for an amazing week. Big thanks to the Rettenbacher family for all the care and attention to detail.

We keep coming back to Auszeit and have stayed there many times. The apartments are beautiful and very well equipped, and the hosts are lovely, always ready to help when needed. Flachau is a wonderful village in the valley, surrounded by the Alps. We really enjoy our stays and highly recommend Auszeit. Best regards, Henriette, Denmark.

We love the relaxed, cozy feel of this family-run apartment house, and this was our third stay at Auszeit in Flachau. It's right in the centre, within walking distance of the cable cabin, local shops and restaurants. Apartments 1-3 have a large terrace with outdoor seating. There's a swing and trampoline for kids, and the apartments have all the cooking utensils you need. We can fully recommend it.

The garden was a real paradise for the kids, with a quick swim, football, different vehicles and bikes to ride, and a trampoline. We also made good use of the poolside drinks, which were a nice selection at fair prices. Eva and Christian were welcoming and attentive, making sure guests had what they needed and felt at ease. The apartment had everything we could possibly need. We had a wonderful family holiday at Auszeit and will remember it for a long time. Thanks for everything, we'll be back next year! The Lieb Family
