The place is warm and decent, and I didn’t regret staying here, though the hospitality and convenience aren’t the best. It could use more staff. The apartments are well equipped, with a bit of an apartment-style feel. They’re well maintained, without bad smells or old-looking furniture, and guests have Wi-Fi throughout. The location is good, about five minutes from the ski lift. There are enough covered parking spaces. Breakfast has plenty of European-style options, and the food and drink prices seemed okay. What needs work is having someone at reception. There was also noise at night when other guests got drunk, and with no receptionist around, we didn’t know what to do.

We couldn’t sleep well because there were lots of drunk people making noise, and we could still hear them with the windows shut. When we tried to ask questions at reception, nobody was there. The Wi-Fi in our apartment was basically unusable, the signal was so weak our devices couldn’t find it.

The food was tasty, and we liked the staff’s work. We had dinner at this restaurant on two of the last few days, but the advertised Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Our waiter was kind and polite, and said he’d informed management about the problem. Nothing changed.

We visited at the end of June. The cable car nearby was great, and the ride up and down was free. There’s a nice room for kids to play in, the pizza was decent, and the staff were pleasant.
