Breakfast and dinner were up to a really high standard, and I felt a real family atmosphere. The hotel is beautiful and cozy, with comfortable rooms and everything clean and tidy. Service from the staff and Maria was wholehearted and efficient. The location is excellent. Thank you, Maria, for the great service and hospitality!

Breakfast was the usual kind of spread, while the evening meals were good and varied, with some Austrian dishes. Maria runs the place and could be helpful. We stayed in September and got snow! The hotel is one of many traditional chalet-style places in the area. Central Flachau is a beautiful 15-minute walk away, and we used the ski lift in the town center.

Thank you, Maria, for the hospitality, spacious rooms, great location, and warm atmosphere. Everything was clean, and the food was the best, morning and evening.

A charming hotel in a great spot, with friendly staff, great food, and pretty good coffee. We couldn’t use the room safe, and there was no fridge. It looked like there had been one before, but it was removed. Otherwise, I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were very tidy, and the food was excellent. It’s a cozy place with lovely alpine hospitality, run by a family. Customer service was excellent at every level. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
